Delaware Division of Revenue will be launching it's final phase of our system modernization project on October 6th. In order to implement our final release, our application will be down from Tuesday 9/23/25 at 5:00 pm until Monday 10/6/25 at 9:00 am EST. You will not be able to access the portal or your portal account during this time.
